Renee Wihlborg has spent the last 11 years in the medical donation and education field, with the past 7 years serving in management roles. She brings extensive experience in marketing, account management, team leadership, and content development. Throughout her career, she has developed educational materials and led trainings for healthcare professionals, emphasizing clear, compassionate communication and meaningful connection.

Renee has served in children’s and small group ministries over the years, and she has a genuine passion for helping people find their community and knowing they’re seen and loved by their Creator. As a homeschooling mom of three for the past six years, she is deeply passionate about supporting families in their unique educational journeys and fostering faith-centered learning environments. After adopting her youngest child, she felt called to step away from the traditional corporate path and, through serving with Ignite, discovered a new way to partner in ministry and education.

Now, as the Director of Ignite’s newest campus, she hopes to build a fun, Christ-centered community in North Valley that reflects the warmth, connection, and culture of the other Ignite campuses, while nurturing and supporting the homeschool community she loves.
